Reliable and easy to use

I only have a half dozen charges so far but I really like the mobile app as well as the ability to pull up the website on my PC. Great job

App is great as it provides real time charging progress and notifies me when charging is complete.

Glad I got this as it allows me to use our chargers at work with my phone or the key ring card they sent me. I lose track of my car in the parking garage, but the charger communicates with me when its fully charged by sending a text. So far its been flawless !

Good real time info. Locations are pretty accurate, though PlugShare station locations are more precise. Provides good tools to monitor and track electricity usage.

Ill update to five stars if they can fix the "Notify when available". Ive tried to use it a dozen times and fails to notify. I have all app notification permissions set to enabled as well. UPDATE: Latest release said notify issue resolved but getting internal error 500 when selecting notify. Rebooted phone same issue.

This app is really helpful while I am at work and in middle of meetings to remotely operate charging..

Notification failure = overage charges. If youre gonna offer notifications as a feature to inform customers their vehicle is charged, make it reliable. Paid $17 in overages today because I was busy as heck at work and was relying on a notification (Ill own it, but come on...it worked last time, why not this time?).

Only problem - the app wont log in if your password has a special character (such as %). (Havent tried latest update to see if that bug is gone). Everything else works great. Easy to locate stations, realtime status during charge, no problems.

This app provides more information than MyFord Mobile app. I can see live charging. The locations are accurate and described well. Available kWs are provided so you know the expected charge rate before arriving. Consistent and fast response when using the app.

I transport clients as part of my job so I end up in new places all the time. The app shows me nearby stations and if they are available- very valuable to me! I can often plug in at shopping areas while Im in the store with a client- it couldnt be easier! I live in the Twin Cities and there arent as many stations here as in other metros. The nearest to my home is 4 blocks so having a real-time status on the app is worth a lot to me. Yesterday it even sent me a text to say it was not drawing very much power and may be done charging- I had indeed gotten distracted! It was helpful to get a heads up and I ran over to retrieve my Leaf! The very first time I tried to connect to a station it failed but I just retried it and it worked. I have never had that problem again. I am very pleased with this app (and my new Nissan Leaf!)

Just bought my first EV and we have two charging stations at work . Download the App . Very easy to use plus I like the feedback from the station when you are charging!!EG : If the charger is hooked up, how much mileage is added during the charge and how long its been charging and when its done. Awesome !!!

Signed up on the spot when I found a space (and the app tells you if there is a charging point free before you rock up). Charging in under 5 mins. Painless.

It is a good app. However information supplied from charging locations is slow and can be spotty.

Works as advertised! Next to my Tesla app, its my next most used charging app.

This is fantastic to help you find a charger in a new place - it is accurate down to the parking space! Love the filter for searching for different kinds of chargers (Quick or L2), what brand charger (ChargePoint is fav of course), and price (FREE is great!) My 3rd favorite feature is watching your car get charged in real-time from wherever you are!

Only use this app for communication and billing at ChargePoint chargers! Do not use it to find a place to charge. According to their support staff they will not or cannot modify details of chargers from other companies. For example a few miles from my home this app lists 10 chargers at the college. No chargers exist there and never have. ChargePoint will not remove the location from the map.

There are days that it works perfectly fine but others that it just crashes or "experiences a problem" and you have to resort to ordering a card because the app rarely comes through
