ChargePoint: Electric Vehicle Charging On the Go App Reviews

Excellent application, accurate information for station locations and time and rate that my vehicle is charging at. Also features a great addition for my home charging station, giving me a cost analysis of charging at home.

I have only had my car for only a week and this company has taken me from hell and back! From the terrible customer service to the randomly taking money out of my account with a random policy that no one failed to inform me about when I asked for all of the information need. ??

Great app. Would be great to be able to use in CarPlay to search for nearest available charging station

So far the app is working well and I was very excited to see that in the latest version you can ask to be notified when a spot opens up. Just one problem, so far this doesnt seem to work. Ive tried several times and checked that my notification info is correct; hopefully next update. *fingers crossed*

Ill update to five stars if they can fix the "Notify when available". Ive tried to use it a dozen times and fails to notify. I have all app notification permissions set to enabled as well.

Only problem - the app wont log in if your password has a special character (such as %). Now that I figured that out and can use the app, lets see what happens...

Waitlist may not be something everyone works with, but for those of us who do, it is frustratingly impossible to interact with from mobile because Safari sends me to the app and the app is unaware of them.

Lists all chargers across all networks, and the associated chip key chain card allows seamless charging. I have a ChargePoint home level 2 charger and also use on the road charging. All reporting integrates the two. Just a superb system!

Good app, works well to activate stations. I would like an Apple Watch app to accompany with charging status info/updates and station activation capability. :)

Had issues figuring which charger I am looking at. Some sort of near charger logic would be great. Otherwise does a better job at guessing my cars power level than the worthless Chevy volt app.

This is very useful to let me know when my car is done so I dont have to keep walking out to the garage and checking up on it. This app has worked great for me

How do I get the options to start a session to show up?!?!

Its great have a list of available charging stations on hand. I once found one using the app that I had never used, and my car was below 10%. My tag stopped working, so the app is the only way I have to activate a charging station, but it works perfectly every time.

Amazing APP! I dont know if I will go back to gas! Electric is the only solution!
