This is great. You can check your charging status when you are away and so much more options.

I once made a mistake at the station. Not only was the personnel I talked to kind and professional, but also solved my mistake with one click on his end. It was great to have someone supporting us while we try to save this planet by driving electric cars. I love charge point!

Inconvenient app. There are many charging stations that are not on the list. You have to call in and give them the station ID and provide your account info to get it charging.

Invasive in that they withdraw money from your account randomly and without notification. Lazy customer service.

I love ChargePoint and I love this app. Works with both public and home chargers.

Wish there is more chargepoint coverage in the city. But the functions for home charger has improved in the last year. Now I dont have to think about the pg&e ev timing when I plug in the charger. It will automatically start and stop based on the local ev offpeak schedule.

This app is awesome. It actually tracks how much it cost to charge my Chevy Volt every time I plug it in. Every time I use this app it brings a smile to my face. Im averaging 89mph between gas and electric charging. I cant wait to get my Nest thermostat installed to synchronize with this app and then charging station.

After issues connecting to my wifi were resolved, the app has functioned as advertised. Technical support were exceptionally helpful and their follow up was excellent. I have yet to verify the accuracy of the local utility rates loaded by the app, but overall it is quite useful to have the apps usage tracking.

Easy to use and the ability to see if stations are in use is a lifesaver.

This is good app only for charge point level 2 (include free & pay). It is also display Others charge types but gray out. This app wont display chargePoint stations that provides by companies or locates inside companys property.

I like the app, but what is missing is a way to get notifications when a station becomes available. This would really help with busy public locations.

Ive been using ChargePoint app now for almost a year and I age to say I am very happy with it. Love the user comment section on each station that helps you when the stations maybe hard to find or close at certain times that may not be listed in the general info. The only complaint I have would be that more specific locations arent easily pointed out. Also would be nice if they specified if the stations are public or private. Ive found myself trying to sneak into a closed or private garage structure for a residential parking structure a few times and been asked to leave by management, even though the app says open to public. Despite this, the info about availability is always accurate and the ease of use of the app keep me a regular user

So many great features and uses for an EV Driver. Love it and keep it coming. Would like to see the Waitlust integrated with the App. Also, a little BB but would be nice to know how close other chargers are, esp on QC Stations so I could plan ahead. Thanks.

Pro Works really well. Map of chargers, status and charging history very useful. Con (1) At present it doesnt appear to show your waitlist status (have to go to website for this), or provide capability to ask someone who is done charging if they will be able to free up space soon. (2) chargers available only to residents are shown as being available to all. Need to provide a new category for restricted chargers and allow individual users to set whether they can use the charger. Being told there is an available charger up the road is not very useful when it is locked in a private parking garage.
